why is she calling Zelix? to make him wear the Captain Planet costume she's holding
Why Capt. Planet? 'cuz not only is he eco-friendly he runs/flies around in nothing but boots and crimson tighty whities

she would ask Xyphonis to dress up, but he's not a part of the the org. and besides, it's fun to mess with Zelix XDDD
